We are a physician group located in Centerville, Ohio, specializing in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. At Valley Medical Primary Care your health is our number one priority and we succeed when you are successful in keeping good health.

Our focus of care is adult and elderly patients with multiple medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases, high cholesterol, arthritis, and other medical problems. Our physicians also provide state of the art treatment for elderly patients with geriatric concerns and specialize in the treatment of dementia and the related behavior problems. We also offer all adult immunizations including Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Herpes Zoster (shingles), Influenza (flu shots) and pneumonia vaccine.

We are the Medical Directors of several high quality nursing homes in the Dayton area, such as Bethany Village, Walnut Creek, St Leonard, Wood Glen, Springfield Masonic Community, The Sanctuary at Wilmington Place and Greenewood Manor. We assist patients and families in planning for long term care placement in assisted living and nursing home facilities.

Our physicians are also Medical Directors at Hospice of Dayton where they are involved in outpatient palliative and comfort care.
